Alpengroup’s lead in innovative non-toxic and non-chemical treatment of aquatic invasive species at Lake Tahoe has drawn such attention by other working coalitions and legislators in Idaho, Wyoming, Oregon and Utah that we have been requested to host a meeting of western state legislators for a two day workshop. Dates and agendas are being formulated at this time and should be available by the end of May.
The draft schedule will include one day on Lake Tahoe, aboard the Tahoe Divers Conservancy’s boat the RV Blue Warrior and a day workshop at Alpengroup’s facility in Carnelian Bay.
